Barça make contact with agent of Nico Williams, out of contract in 2024

Barcelona have Nico Williams among their targets for the summer of 2024. His start to the season has not gone unnoticed by the big European clubs. Among them, he seems to have ruled out interest from Unai Emery and Monchi's Aston Villa. In fact, he has also been one of the best players in the recent Spanish national team training camp.

The Athletic player's contract is up at the end of the season and although the Bilbao club want to renew his deal, they are already aware of Barça's interest. Athletic want to make him one of their franchise players and are offering him a renewal for three more seasons.
