Barca legend Xavi's proposal to Carles Puyol
The defender wished the former Barca midfielder luck as a coach and Xavi replied
Xavi Hernandez will make his coaching debut on the bench of Al Sadd next season, the team where he hung up his boots.
The former Barca midfielder received his UEFA Pro License on Friday which enables him to be a coach properly.
And Carles Puyol, his former Barca team-mate, wished him luck. “Lots of luck Xavi, in this new era, I have no doubt that you will be a success,” wrote Puyol on Instagram.
And Xavi replied with a curious message, seemingly proposing a link-up.
“Many thanks!” he wrote. “With you close by, please.”
