Before a move for Neymar can move forward, FC Barcelona don't want to leave any stone unturned and have asked for medical advice regarding Neymar's troublesome ankle injury.
According to 'ParisUnited', Barça asked various doctors about the recovery of a metatarsal injury and the possibility of a setback in the future. One of those experts they asked was Ramon Cugat.
Barça feel if they are going to commit a lot of money to a major transfer they need to make sure he isn't likely to spend further time on the treatment table with the same injury.
The general consensus was that they couldn't rule out a setback with this type of injury. There are minor procedures which could be performed which would reduce the risk of the injury reoccurring.
