Extending the 10-game unbeaten run is a priority for the Barça coach

There will be no rotations until top spot in the group is wrapped up

Prolonging the run of good results is Ernesto Valverde's top objective against Olympiacos. The Barcelona coach wants to make it nine points from nine in the Champions League. There will be ni experiments against the Greek side.

Valverde has shown until now that he's not ready to take too many risks on the pitch. And he won't against Olympiacos, who are bottom of the group with two losses and zero points. Barça are top with two wins and want to make it three.

The coach has his ideas clear and he will go with a team to extend Barça's good run: nine wins (two in the Champions League) and one draw since the start of La Liga. The target is to advance to the last 16 as group winners and only after that is acheived will rotations be made.

In other words, he doesn't want surprises and will go all out for the win against Olympiacos.

The phrase 'if something's working, better not to touch it' often rings true. And that, save any last minute changes, is what Valverde will do. This is not the time to experiment. Against Juventus and Sporting Club he picked the same sides, save the injury to Demebele.

However, there will be changes in the next two games, with Malaga to come at Camp Nou on Saturday in La Liga and then a trip to Real Murcia in the Copa del Rey next week.
