Barça announce new shirt numbers: No.7 for Dembele & No.11 for Demir
Ansu Fati will wear the No.10 shirt following Lionel Messi's departure for PSG
With the transfer window closed, Barcelona have confirmed their shirt numbers for the 2021-22 season.
The big news is that Ansu Fati will wear the No.10 vacated by Lionel Messi, while Ousmane Dembele switches from No.11 to No.7, which was previously worn by Antoine Griezmann.
Yusuf Demir, meanwhile, the young Austrian signed this summer, will take the No.11 shirt.
In terms of the other new signings, Luuk de Jong will wear No.17, Sergio Aguero No.19 and Eric Garcia No.24, as previously revealed.
Philippe Coutinho will stick with the No.14, while Martin Braithwaite has been given No.12. Oscar Mingueza, now officially a first-team player has No.22, and the only unoccupied number is No.25. .
