The player's agent is sealing his exit deal with Barcelona before he joins Conte's ranks

Inter Milan coach Antonio Conte will finally have Arturo Vidal under his command again next week. The Chilean midfielder's agent is finalising the details of his Barcelona departure.

The player will have to travel to Italy to take the Covid-19 test and medical before joining Inter Milan's training sessions.

The base of the deal has been agreed for a few days, with Vidal ignoring other options to rejoin his former coach at Juventus.

Vidal will effectively leave for free but there could be some add-on type clauses included. The main reason for Barca letting him go is trying to lower the salary expenses at the club right now.
