Arsene Wenger wants to sign Arda Turan from Barcelona

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is thinking about putting his foot on the gas and trying to sign Arda Turan from Barcelona. 

Now the Catalans' season is over and new coach Ernesto Valverde is in charge, the club will make a move for the Turkish midfielder.

In the Metro they say Arda is interested in the move, joining one of the Premier League's big guns in Arsenal. The key for the Gunners is lowering Barcelona's 30 million euro asking price. 

The Turk's problem at Camp Nou is that he cannot dislodge Neymar on the left of the attack and a midfield role doesn't seem to work well for him.
