The English side have a good relationship with FC Barcelona and have asked about the forward's situation at the club

Arsenal have asked about Ousmane Dembele's situation at FC Barcelona again. The London club are keeping tabs on the French winger approached Barça to enquire about his availability. Unai Emery, the head coach at Arsenal, is interested in the player and believes Dembele would be open to a move away, especially as his close friend Aubameyang is now at the club.

That is one factor which might sway Dembele to join Arsenal but there's another reaosn too. The fact the two clubs have a good relationship and former Barça director, Raul Sanllehi, now works for Arsenal is another major positive.

Last summer Dembele hinted at a move away from the Camp Nou and Arsenal were keen to thrash out a deal. However Barça rejected the notion of selling the winger as Ernesto Valverde wanted him in the first team squad. Now the situation may have changed ahead of the January transfer window.
