Former Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu will not speak about the accusations linking him to BarcaGate. According to Catalunya Radio he is sticking with the right to silence in the Les Corts police station.
Bartomeu was arrested on Monday morning. Roman Gomez Ponti, head of legal services and Jaume Masferrer, his right-hand man, also arrested, also chose not to speak.
They have been accused of corruption in the hiring of a company which blasted players, ex players and rivals of the Barca board on social media, including Leo Messi, Xavi Hernandez and Joan Laporta.
Bartomeu and Masferrer will spend the night in jail as the investigation continues.
