Arda Turan confirms there was a mega-offer from China for him
Barcelona turned down an offer of 50 million euros for the Turkish star during the summer window
There was a lot of talk this summer about the chance Arda Turan could leave Barcelona and move to the Chinese Super League. In an interview with Beyza TV he revealed that there was a mega offer of 50 million euros, as SPORT reported.
He said: "Barcelona told me no, because they believed in me, I am a long term project for the club and I didn't just come here to play six months."
Luis Enrique has always held Turan in high regard and asked for his signing. The Turk has responded this season with better form, scoring goals and playing well.
