The Italian coach says he's in no rush to get back into the game

Antonio Conte broke his silence at  the Panchina d'Oro event. The Italian coach spoke about almost taking over at Real Madrid as Julen Lopetegui's replacement recently.

"I haven't felt used," he said. “Due to the kind of coach I am, I preferred -- and still prefer -- to wait until June to find a new job.

"But you never know, maybe in two or three months the desire to coach will return again and I’ll make a lie of what I just said.”

Conte also spoke about Sergio Ramos' comments. The Madrid defender said that respect in the dressing room is earned, not imposed.

The former Chelsea coach responded: “Coaches should bring good manners and respect when they arrive in a new dressing room. That is fundamental, because if you don’t have that, the problems begin.”

Asked where he sees his future, he added: "At the moment I'm at home, studying, watching football. I don't know if I will return to Italy or go to another league. At the moment, I can't guarantee anything."
