Antoine Griezmann spoke after scoring for France in their 2-1 win over Croatia in the Nations League, a repeat of the 2018 World Cup final.
There were shots fired at Ronald Koeman, it seems.
"The coach knows where to put me," Griezmann said of France coach Didier Deschamps, to TF1. "I take advantage of this situation, of this place, of the confidence of the coach and my team-mates.
"It was a complicated match, not very beautiful to see, not very beautiful to play, at a difficult ground. We knew how to suffer, the most important is to win and show that we are strong."
Griezmann recently became France's fifth highest goalscorer of all-time, behind Henry (51), Giroud (42), Platini (41) and Trezeguet (34). He is on 33, leaving behind Zinedine Zidane on 31.
