The 16 year old player came on for Marc Cucurella

Ansu Fati, Barcelona's latest talent to arrive from La Masia, debuted on Tuesday with the Spanish international U21 team. The forward came on for former Barcelona defender Marc Cucurella in the second half against Montenegro in a U21 Euro 2021 qualifier.

The Barcelona winger, 16, came on with the No 11 shirt in the 80th minute for Cucu, who scored the second.

Fati was included in the Golden Boy list on Tuesday and joined Luis de la Fuente's squad after club team-mate Carles Perez had to pull out because of muscle problems.

He debuted in La Liga at 16, 9 months and 25 days, the second youngest Barca player of all time. In an interview he gave SPORT on Monday, he said "it's an honour, a pride to be in this group, I'll give everything.

"I want to thank the Federation for everything they've done for me."
