The Spanish winger came from the capital to watch the game

Ansu Fati is still working to get back from the injury he suffered against Athletic Club in the Copa del Rey. The youngster went off in tears, knowing he had suffered a setback. He came to Camp Nou to watch the clash with Atletico Madrid with his team-mates.

After a meeting with various Barcelona representatives, including Xavi and Dr Ricard Pruna, the club encouraged him to take surgery. However Ansu wanted to opt for conservative treatment on his hamstring. That means he will be out for six to eight weeks instead of four to six months.

He is taking his physio treatment in Madrid, along with his physio Joaquin Juan, who has also worked with Cristiano Ronaldo, Pau Gasol and Radamel Falcao.

He came down from Madrid for the game and watched it with the other injured players, Sergi Roberto, Memphis Depay and Alejandro Balde. They were in the dressing room before and after the game too.
