The Qatari side may turn back to another from the Catalan school to take over
Barcelona will announce Xavi Hernandez’s arrival in the coming days. After his last clash this week against Al Duhail, the Al Sadd coach is Barca bound. The Qatari league stops for a month and a half after that. They will not play again until December 21, because the national team is in action - coached by another Catalan, Felix Sanchez.
The club will have a while to look for a replacement for Xavi. They want someone who plays in the same style and can keep the team moving in the right direction.
Names like Garcia Pimienta, Denis Silva, Oscar Lopez and Jordi Roura have been suggested.
