The Argentina striker won't return to action until mid-November
Sergio Agüero hasn't had the best couple of days. Just hours before yesterday's 'Gamper' friendly, Barça announced that their new signing would miss the fixture against Juventus with a right calf injury.
The medical update posted on the club's official website said that the player would undergo further tests to ascertain the full extent of the injury. According to SPORT sources, 'Kun' will be out of action for around ten (10) weeks. Before he's even made his debut in Barça colours, the new arrival from Manchester City will `now be sidelined until the middle of November.
Agüero joins Ousmane Dembélé and Ansu Fati in the injury room, although the latter is understood to be nearing a return to fitness. Philippe Coutinho also missed yesterday's friendly against Juve, and the reason for his absence remains unexplained.
