La abogada de David Flores lanza un comunicado aclarando su petición de prisión a Rocío Carrasco

Giro dramático de los acontecimientos: ayer transcendía en Ya es mediodía que David Flores, hijo de Rocío Carrasco y Antonio David Flores, iba a pedir una pena de prisión de un año para su madre por no haberle pasado la pensión de alimentos que le correspondía durante varios años, pero hoy, a través de un comunicado de su abogada, el joven ha dejado bien claro que también demandará a su padre por la misma razón.

"Les remito el presente comunicado como letrada de don David Flores Carrasco, como consecuencia de las últimas publicaciones realizadas, y con causa en su intención de no realizar ningún tipo de manifestaciones ante ningún medio de comunicación.

Tal y como don David Flores Carrasco ha declarado donde procedía y ante las informaciones publicadas, desea que les comunique que procederá a reclamar los alimentos tanto a su padre, como a su madre, tal como se está tramitando en la actualidad, dirigiendo las correspondientes reclamaciones a ambos.

De la misma manera que se han solicitado las penas establecidas en el Código Penal respecto a su madre, doña Rocío Carrasco Mohedano, mi cliente, una vez obtenga la sucesión procesal en el procedimiento penal que se dirige contra su padre, don Antonio David, solicitará igualmente las penas privativas de libertad señaladas en el mismo Código Penal, contra su padre

Mi cliente finalizará estas actuaciones procesales, en el caso de que ambos progenitores cesen en los procedimientos penales que han iniciado el uno contra el otro, reiterando, que no hay mayor deseo por parte de don David Flores Carrasco que sus padres pongan fin a dichos procedimientos".

En resumen, David Flores finalizará con este proceso abierto solo si sus padres acercan posturas, dejan la batalla mediática que han librado durante más de una década, y se comportan como civilizados.
