He wants to be surrounded by his close friends, including Kun Aguero.
Messi and Aguero always used to share a room with the national team and according to TyC Sports, they will do so again.
Kun has retired after a heart problem was discovered but is still an important figure for his country.
At the World Cup he has been seen supporting his team-mates in training and at matches.
At 35, Messi can win the one trophy he lacks, and is hoping having Kun back as his dorm buddy is the best preparation to face France.
