The Valencia defender was annoyed with the fan racism aimed at the Brazilian

Valencia captain José Luis Gayà condemned any racist insult that Real Madrid's Vinicius Jr. may have received this Sunday in the match between the two at Mestalla and asked that if there is graphic evidence of what happened, the fan who did it should be punished.

"We condemn all insults and that's what the cameras are there for. If it is clear who it was, I don't want him to enter a football stadium again. Racist insults don't make any sense, because we also have players of colour. It doesn't make sense, I don't understand it", he told Movistar.

The Valencian player also criticised Vinicius for making gestures to the stands that seemed to indicate that Valencia would be relegated to the second division as he was leaving after being shown a red card for an assault on Hugo Duro.

"Making 'to the Segunda' gestures is not right. I can understand it, he tries to take out his anger in that way but one thing doesn't take away from the other. I denounce those racist insults but he can't do that either because it was a minority of people," he said.
