Valencia sign Juventus goalkeeper Neto
The 27 year old stopper arrives from Turin
He wants to become a key piece of the club's history
Valencia have signed Brazilian goalkeeper Norberto Murara 'Neto', from Juventus on a deal which lasts until June 30, 2021.
The 27 year old stopper, 1.93m tall, will have an 80m euro release fee clause in his deal. He arrived in Valencia on Friday morning and closed his deal later in the day.
"I'm grateful to the club and their directors for allowing me to participate and help Valencia, and the effort they made to bring me here," he explained. "I'm a goalkeeper with speed and technique. The rest I'll leave up to the fans to draw conclusions."
He also said coach Marcelino was "fundamental" in why he decided to join.
