Sevilla interested in Liverpool's Shaqiri
The Swiss international is on the market with Klopp not needing him
With the Premier League on hold, Liverpool are looking at their squad for next season. The Champions League holders failed this time around, opening a debate on Merseyside about their squad. Jurgen Klopp wants hungry players to bring fresh impetus and youth to the group.
Xherdan Shaqiri is one player they have put on the market. He's never been a regular player for Klopp and Liverpool are willing to let him go. "He's a special player in many aspects," the coach has said. "He's in great physical shape, unlike other players I've seen, his muscle is incredible."
Sevilla are one of various sides interested in him. Monchi and Lopetegui see his potential arrival as a good idea. They would try to lower Liverpool's 30 million euro price tag. Roma and CSKA Moscow are also interested.
