Barça defender Mingueza and Espanyol's Puado are among those staying at Las Rozas

Álvaro Fernández, Óscar Mingueza, Marc Cucurella, Bryan Gil, Juan Miranda, Gonzalo Villar, Pozo, Brahim, Zubimendi, Yeremy Pino and Javi Puado will join Spain's "parallel bubble" to prepare for this summer's European Championships.

The 11 players were all part of the squad called up for Spain's 4-0 win against Lithuania on Tuesday and will remain at Las Rozas to train with Kepa, Albiol, Carlos Soler, Fornals, Brais Méndez and Rodrigo.

Spain were effectively forced to field their U21s against Lithuania following an outbreak of Covid-19 among the senior squad just one week before their Euro 2020 opener against Sweden.

Sergio Busquets was the first to test positive and Diego Llorente has now tested positive, too. La Roja are hopeful no one else will test positive in the coming days.
