Zinedine Zidane: We had a perfect game
The French coach was pleased with his side's progress to the UCL last 16
Zinedine Zidane was very pleased with the authority Real Madrid showed in Paris as his side won 2-1, 5-2 on aggregate against PSG.
"We were focused, we pressed the opponent. We had a perfect game. I'm happy because we showed we can play anywhere. It's not an easy place to play and we did it, we deserve our qualification and I can only be happy."
The Frenchman spoke about picking Asensio and Vazquez. "It's important to have two lines of four, defending well and we did it well. Lucas and Marco are in great form and they did very well. I have to chose the side and the plan was to use those players. Tactically we had the game we wanted and the key is believing in ourselves.
"It's hard to maintain the same level every three days. We have to accept there are difficult moments and to keep working. Becuase you can't win it all. We are where we are in La Liga. Now we have to think about playing Eibar."
