The French coach acknowledges it will be difficult to move on some of his major stars as he looks to free up funds

Zinedine Zidane is keen for his Real Madrid side to finish the season strongly despite not having anything to play for. And he was keen to avoid talking about certain players, such as Gareth Bale and Raphael Varane. "I'll reply to what I want to. I'm not going to name names."

"All I can say about that is we'll talk about in the correct time. Now we need to talk about this season and nothing else. The profiles of players I want, and I know perfectly what I want, we'll talk about later with the club. I have that clear in my mind. Afterwards we'll see what we can do in the transfer market because it's obvious there will be changes," Zidane said.

As for his team's current form, Zidane seemed equally relaxed. "I'm not concerned. We've got six matches left and we're going to try and play better. We must do that before the end of the season as that would be best for everybody."

Zidane did offer words of praise for Marco Asensio, who has faced criticism since coming back from injury. "We know the player he is, the talent he has. He's very good. It's been a difficult season for everyone, not just him, but I've seen that he wants to be involved and improve."

Thibaut Courtois won't be involved in their match this weekend so Keylor Navas will remain in goal.
