The coach of the LaLiga side admitted he doesn't know whether talks are taking place with Real Madrid over the young Japanese star

Real Madrid are convinced that Take Kubo will leave the club on loan this season after the Japanese star wasn't handed a shirt number.

Madrid have registered the youngster with Castilla so he could feature for both the senior side as well as the youth one. However, the idea for Zinedine Zidane is that Kubo spends a season on loan to get more regular playing time.

One of the teams linked with a move for Kubo is Real Valladolid but that has come as a complete surprise to their head coach Sergio Gonzalez.

"I don't have any news about that and I can't comment on something I don't know about," admitted Sergio. "I've seen what's come out in the press. I know we are making big changes but I don't have anything to add about him. Until it's official or confirmed, I can't speak about it."

Kubo could be joined at Valladolid by Andriy Lunin. The fellow Real Madrid youngster is unlikely to play after Keylor Navas decided to stay at the club for another season.
