Real Madrid defender Marcelo wants to leave the club in January. In Italy, taking advantage of the crisis at the Santiago Bernabeu, there are reports that Marcelo has asked the club's hierarchy to let him leave. According to Tuttosport, the Brazilian wants to move to Juventus in the winter transfer window.
Tuttosport report thata Juve have even put into place the finances for a deal. It's a plan which would involve Alex Sandro moving to the Premier League on loan, while the deal for Marcelo would cost around 50 million euros, a figure which the Serie A leaders can afford.
Remember, this is not the first time Juve have moved for Marcelo. In the summer, when Cristiano Ronaldo moved to Turin, it first emerged that the club wanted him. It's an operation which didn't go through in the end and ended with Marcelo telling Real Madrid TV: "I'm staying here until the end." We will see if history repeats itself.
