The Sun: Real Madrid ready to make offer for Christian Eriksen

The transfer market shuts on September 2 in the major European leagues bar England and clubs are still trying to push deals through. Real Madrid have spent 300 million euros so far but are still hoping to add a midfielder.
Per The Sun, they are making an offer of 60 million euros for Tottenham's Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen. The Spurs man has under a year to go on his contract, which expires next June, so the club may be forced to sell him at a cheaper price than they like if they don't want him to walk away for nothing.
