A Bola say the Portuguese star wants to leave Spain after tax accusations

Ronaldo has reportedly already communicated his decision to the club

According to Portuguese newspaper A Bola, Cristiano Ronaldo has taken the decision to leave Real Madrid this summer after being accused by Spanish state prosecutors of defrauding the tax office of 14.7 million euros.

Ronaldo has said that he has a "clear conscience" over the accusations but A Bola say privately he's upset and feels he's being made an example off. It's for that reason he's told Florentino Perez of his "irreversible decision" to quit Spain.

The same reports said just a week ago that Madrid had received an offer of around 180 million euros for Ronaldo, with the player himself saying "nothing is impossible" when asked about his future.
