THE FIFA BAN
Hazard has a contract until 2020 and the Blues are ready to run the risk of losing 100 million euros in exchange for one more year of the forward in the Garden of Eden. The reason is simple: Chelsea cannot strengthen in the summer if CAS refuse to delay or cancel their transfer ban. As things stand, FIFA have ruled that they cannot sign players for two transfer windows.
