Real Madrid convince Eden Hazard not to take operation on his ankle
The Belgian has suffered a new problem and was considering going under
Real Madrid forward Eden Hazard will not have surgery because it’s what his club want. Per Marca, Los Blancos have convinced the Belgian that a new operation on his ankle won’t help the player stop getting continuously injured. His latest issue is a back problem but is said to stem from the ankle injury.
Madrid have told the player to take conservative treatment and rest, and when he feels 100% he can return to compete.

“The operation could be a good option to return flexibility to his ankle, but without getting involved I’d advise him to do it as soon as possible so as not to compromise his dream, playing at the Euros,” said Kris van Crombrugge, the former Belgium medical chief. The national team had thought he would take surgery to arrive at the Euros this summer.
