Ramos tells Perez: "PSG say they'll make great team with me and Messi"

The Real Madrid defender, like Messi, is out of contract at the Bernabeu in the summer

Sergio Ramos' Real Madrid future is in the air. El Chiringuito have revealed a meeting that took place between Ramos and Madrid president Florentino Perez in which the defender spoke about moving on.

Josep Pedrerol revealed the two met last Wednesday for over two hours before Madrid played Elche in Ramos' hotel room before the game.

In the meeting, Ramos made it clear that he would not accept Madrid's latest offer, in which he would continue to earn 12 million euros annually, without an increase and that "from now" he was going to "listen to offers."

The Madrid captain is out of contract in the summer and, since Jan. 1, has been free to speak with other clubs.

In the meeting with Perez, he even went one step further, giving Perez the name of a club and even involving a Barcelona player, always according to Pedrerol-

Ramos told the Madrid chief: "At PSG they have told me they will make a great team with me and with Lionel Messi."

Madrid won't bite

Perez's response won't have been the one Ramos was pushing for. The Madrid president that, in times of a global health pandemic, he cannot match the numbers being demanded and that if he can get a better deal elsewhere, he would understand and be happy for him.
