Official: Sergio Ramos leaves Real Madrid
The Spanish defender is going and will not pen a new deal at the Bernabeu
Real Madrid have confirmed that captain Sergio Ramos is leaving the club. After a lot of rumours, it’s finally been confirmed. The club said on Thursday that they will have an event to say goodbye on Thursday at 12.30pm.
Ramos will give a press conference later on, where he may reveal his future. PSG, Man City have been linked, Sevilla, his former side are another club where he might go.
On Friday last week he met president Florentino Perez, and that was the day he told him that he was going. He did not like Madrid’s offer to sign a new deal.
