Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez, and Neymar's father are working on a mutual objective: getting Neymar out of PSG. Perez has never hidden his desire to sign Neymar, a player who has twice escaped his grasp when he signed for Barcelona and then PSG, but now feels the third time could be a charm. Neymar would be the first 'Galactico' signing in a while for Real Madrid.
According to 'France Football', Perez and Neymar's father, who is also his agent, are in constant contact as they try to get Neymar out of Paris. The Real Madrid president knows this is a complicated task but believes if the two work together, that's Madrid and Neymar, it would be easier to pressure PSG into considering a sale.

One of Perez's main arguments he's using to convince Neymar to join is that "he could win a Ballon d'Or at Real Madrid". This isn't taking into account how expensive the deal could be seeing as PSG spent €222m on Neymar and would want somewhere around €350m to let him go to a Champions League rival. Meanwhile at PSG they insist Neymar will stay, although many remember that's exactly what Barcelona said before PSG paid his buyout clause.
