Marcelo's message surprises Madrid fans as rumours surround his future
The defender referred to Madrid as his HOME in an Instagram post
Real Madrid defender Marcelo has surprised a large part of the club's fan base with his latest message on social media. While in Italy reports suggest the Brazilian will sign for Juventus next season and in Madrid they assure that his days at the Bernabeu are numbers, Marcelo has posted a suprising message on Instagram.
The left-back, who is not in Santiago Solari's plans, the coach who position is under threat from president Florentino Perez, has uploaded an image of himself training at the Ciudad Deportiva in Valdebebas. Along side the photograph he wrote the following message: "AQUÍ ES MI CASA!" ("HERE IS MY HOME"). A clear message that Madrid is his home and he doesn't want to leave.
Perhaps the imminent change of coach and the fact he's a player with a good relationship with Perez could have changed Marcelo's mind -- and his future. Initially, his desire was to join Cristiano Ronaldo at Juventus. Let's see what the future holds.
