Madrid's Sergio Ramos corrects grammar error in his Barcelona banner
The defender has replaced the previous sign with a new one in the Catalan capital
Sergio Ramos and his promotional team have corrected a grammatical error on a huge banner on display in Barcelona.
In a wink to Joan Laporta's cheeky banner in Madrid next week, Ramos and Amazon Prime pulled a similar stunt earlier this month to promote the Real Madrid defender's new documentary.
However, the sign's message, written in Catalan, carried a mistake. The message "ganes de que em torneu a veure" ("ganas de que me volváis a ver," "looking forward to you seeing me again") contained a "de" that is necessary in Spanish but not in Catalan.
On Friday, the original placard was taken down and replaced with a new one with the correct spelling and a joke about the grammar mistake.

As part of his campaign to become the new Barcelona president, Laporta installed a banner overlooking the Bernabeu saying "looking forward to seeing you again."
Laporta went on to win the election and this weekend his Barça side travel to Madrid for the second La Liga Clasico of the season.
