Madrid's Pérez 'cries' about Vinicius treatment & attacks match schedule

Florentino Pérez, who is not prone to making assessments in the heat of the moment, skipped his own protocol after Real Madrid's victory in the Copa del Rey final against Osasuna (2-1) on Saturday.

As for Rodrygo, the scorer of both Madrid goals in the match, the president said: "He's very good. He's very young. He's going to give us Madridistas many years of satisfaction."

Pérez also took the opportunity to analyse what Vinicius 'suffers' on the pitch. The Madrid president praised the Brazilian and asked rivals and referees to respect him.

"He is the best in the world in his position," he said. "It's difficult to stop him and they have to foul him a lot. He protests and he gets a lot of cards, which I don't understand. We have to defend the players who put on a show and generate excitement."
