Javier Tebas attacks Real Madrid: "They cry a lot"

The president of La Liga, Javier Tebas, has given an interview on the podcast 'Folha Seca' where, as usual, he has left no one indifferent and has addressed all the controversies surrounding Spanish football.

In relation to the current television distribution deal, Tebas stated that "the big clubs earn the same as those in the Premier League. Madrid cries a lot, but it's not true. They are the same as the Premier League. That's why when the highest earners in the world come out, Madrid and Barça are always in the top three. I don't know what else they want."

On the Superliga project and Florentino Pérez, the president of La Liga made it clear: "I have known the president of Real Madrid for many years, I have had many meetings with him and I know what he thinks about Spanish and European football. He thinks that in Spain there is no longer any reason for Real Madrid to go and play at certain grounds".

On the relationship between the two, he added that "It's been many years and I've had a very good relationship with Florentino, as well as bad and very bad ones, as it can be now".

Finally, regarding the innovation of the Kings League, he acknowledged that "it doesn't give him a headache". "I enjoy it and I follow it from time to time. I know Spursito, Dj Mario, I know the teams. But it's very different.
