The Real Madrid president spoke after the Spanish Super Cup win
Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez smiled from ear to ear after his team beat Atletico Madrid to win the Spanish Super Cup on Sunday night. "We are worthy champions," said Perez speaking to Movistar Plus.
On the Fede Valverde red card he added: "You never know what could have happened but he stopped a clear chance for Morata. That helped us stay at 0-0 and get to penalties."
On Courtois: "We thought he was the best goalkeeper in the world and he has been. He's been one of the best along with Valverde."
