The French forward could decide to remain in Paris thanks to a huge offer

Kylian Mbappe is drifting away from Real Madrid. Even though everything seemed to indicate that the Paris Saint-Germain forward would be Florentino Perez's galactico signing next season, various reports in France say he is seriously considering renewing his contract in Paris. The reason, according to Eurosport, is financial: PSG have put an offer on the table that's too good to turn down.

Per the aforementioned media, that cite sources close to Madrid, PSG have offered Mbappe a €300 million signing on bonus and €100m net annual salary. In addition, he will hold on to the large part of his image rights, which he can use as he feels fit. PSG don't want to lose the leader of their project just before the Qatar World Cup and are throwing everything at him.

According to L'Equipe, Mbappe will announce his future on Sunday, after the season ends. PSG close the campaign on Saturday night against Metz at the Parc des Princes and, hours later, we should know the resolution to one of the biggest transfer sagas of recent history.
