Dani Carvajal re-joins Real Madrid injury list pre-Alaves clash
Karim Benzema is also not back in training for Zinedine Zidane's side
Real Madrid will once again be without Dani Carvajal this weekend after the right-back injured his adductor.
Carvajal has already missed eight games this season due to a ligament problem and is now set for further time time on the sidelines with a new injury.
Madrid confirmed on Friday: "Following tests carried out today on Dani Carvajal by the Real Madrid Medical Services, he has been diagnosed with a muscular injury to his right adductor brevis. His recovery will continue to be monitored."
Karim Benzema and Sergio Ramos also sat out training on Friday and coach Zinedine Zidane will not rush them back this weekend.
"I'm not going to tell you what Karim has. When's he back? I don't know, he has a problem. The important thing is that he's fit when he returns to the team," Zidane said Friday.
"The same with Sergio. We won't say anything. The sensations are good and we will see when he returns, but for now he's not available."
