The Blues were banned from having supporters present at matches bar season ticket holders

Chelsea are allowed to sell match tickets again after the UK government changed their operating license.

That means their Champions League quarter-final clash with Real Madrid will have fans attending.

Sanctions against the Roman Abramovich owned club had prevented them for selling new tickets to matches, meaning season ticket holders were the only ones who could attend.
