The Serbian forward has not hit the ground running at his new club

The news came out on Chiringuito de Jugones, but it's certainly not surprising. Many have criticised Serbian striker Luka Jovic's start to life at Real Madrid and singled him out for the team's poor performances.

Now there are voices which are complaining he's not yet got going because he's not been handed enough minutes, while other players in the squad remain in the team regardless of bad results.

Looking at the statistics, he has played just 264 minutes, in which he's failed to score of assist a goal. He's a box player so should have been able to score at least one goal. Although being fair, those minutes have been spread across games and he's often played for less than 20 minutes. The only time he completed a full game was against Osasuna.

Therefore, there are many Madridistas criticising the player, while others are calling for him to be given more games and a real chance to show what he is capable of.
