PSG's Neymar hopes to return for Champions League quarter finals
The Brazilian has been sidelined since January with a foot injury
Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar has declared in an interview on YouTube that his recovery from a metatarsal injury picked up in January is going well.
Neymar said that's he's "receiving treatment to accelerate the recovery process" and added that he's very happy with the results so far.
The Brazilian is "excited to get back in action and do what I love doing most in the world: playing football."
One of his physios, Rafael Martini, said that Neymar will make one final trip to Barcelona to inject platelet rich plasma and mother cells into the affected area.
It should mean that Neymar will be back for the Champions League quarterfinals, which he hopes to be able to take part in.
PSG have one eye on the last eight after beating Manchester United 2-0 at Old Trafford with the second leg to come in Paris next month.
The first leg of the quarterfinals is April 9.
