The Argentina star was a naughty boy and flew off to Saudi Arabia

When everything seemed broken, now Leo Messi and PSG have made peace. After sanctioning the Argentine for travelling to Saudi Arabia earlier this week, the relationship between the two has been patched up with Leo Messi's new post on social media.

This is what Leo Messi has communicated on his social networks. On his main Instagram account, he apologised to the club and his teammates with this message:

"I wanted to make this video in the face of everything that is happening. First of all, I apologise to my teammates and the club. I honestly thought we were going to be free after the game, as had been happening in previous weeks. I had organised this trip to Arabia, which I had previously cancelled, and this time I couldn't".

He finished by apologising again: "I apologise again and I'm here for whatever the club decides. Best regards".

Leo Messi, complying with the sanction imposed by the club, did not train with the group. With five games of the season to go, the Parisian club are still in contention for Ligue 1, the second since the former Barcelona star arrived in the French capital.

Galtier also spoke at a press conference on Friday about Leo Messi's situation. "I was informed at the beginning of the week by the administration about Messi's sanction," he said. He added: “I’ve decided not to comment on it because it is a club decision.”
