Pochettino's son signs first contract with Tottenham
The right winger has joined the U23 squad
Maurizio Pochettino, son of Tottenham coach Mauricio Pochettino, has signed his first professional contract at the English club. The 18-year-old shared a photo on Instagram with his father along with the contract he signed with the club, that he has played for in youth categories since 2015.
He will now join the U23 squad, operating as a right winger although he can also play on the left or up front.
The Barcelona-born playerhas played 23 games for the Spurs U18 team, scoring four goals. Before joining Tottenham he was at Southampton, where his father was also coaching.
