After being cleared of any wrongdoing by CAS, Manchester City are ready to spend big this summer. Pep Guardiola wants to reclaim domestic dominance, after missing out on the Premier League and FA Cup this season, and feels Joao Felix could be key to doing that.
According to 'The Athletic', City have 300 million pounds (€332m) to spend over the next three months. On their list of players, Felix's name is right at the top. City were interested in last year but the youngster opted for Atletico Madrid instead. After an underwhelming 12 months in Spain, Pep wants to tempt Felix to join him at the Etihad Stadium.
City haven't wasted any time since the domestic campaign ended. They've already secured deals for Nathan Aké (Bournemouth) and Ferran Torres (Valencia). Koulibaly (Nápoles) and Lautaro Martínez (Inter) are other possible reinforcements.
