Despite travelling to Paris, it is believed that the trip is to hold negotiations for a move to Manchester City

The future of Cristiano Ronaldo remains unresolved. As things stand, there are two possible options for the Portuguese forward: Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain. The player's agent is currently in Paris, which has generated rumours that PSG may look to replace Mbappé with CR7. However, it is understood that the 'Cityzens' remain in the driving seat.

Mendes flew to Paris on Thursday morning after having a meeting with various Juventus directors. However, according to Sky Italia, he flew to Paris in order to close the deal with Manchester City, NOT to negotiate with Mauricio Pochettino's side. In fact, the PSG president said that "signing Cristiano Ronaldo is not even an option" to BeIn Sports.

According to the Italian outlet, Manchester City have already bid between 25 and 30 million euros for the player, and would be willing to include Gabriel Jesus in any deal. Personal terms have been agreed on a €15 million annual salary.
