The English Football Association (FA) have made a decision to null and void all the semi-professional leagues and cups for this season. The coronavirus outbreak has caused havoc to ongoing sport and the lower divisions of the National League, Women's League and grassroots football have been officially cancelled for the 2019/20 season.

The FA Cup, the Women's FA Cup and other competitions remain ongoing with options being taken to find a positive solution to them as well.

Women's football from the third division down to the seventh have been declared null and void. No promotions or relegations will take place. Decisions have yet to be made on the Women's Super League and Championship.

For the male game, the National League, National League North, National League South are still searching for a fair way to conclude the divisions - if play doesn't resume.

Football is facing the stark reality that it won't return until after the summer. However, with so much money at stake, it might take months for clubs to agree on a solution to what happens in regards to league winners, promotions and relegations.
