The defender says performances need to improve but points out results have not been that bad

Gerard Pique spoke to Movistar after Barcelona were held to a disappointing 0-0 draw against Slavia Prague in the Champions League at Camp Nou on Tuesday.

Barça had chances to win the game but failed to take them to leave them with eight points from their four games in Europe so far this season.

Pique admitted that performances aren't as good as they should be but called for patience from Barcelona supporters while pointing out that they still lead the way in La Liga and the Champions League.

"I would ask for a little patience," he said. "I know the fans want more, we understand that, but we're working hard to find the solutions. Not so much in terms of results, but in terms of how we're playing.

"There have been times when we've not looked good in the past and we've ended up winning trophies. With Luis Enrique it looked like things weren't working for the first six months and then we won the treble."

Barça are back in action on Saturday when they host Celta Vigo in La Liga. There is then another international break.
