Guardiola is the best coach in Barca’s history, and he’s on the way to becoming (if he isn’t already), the best coach in football’s history. Nobody has done what Pep has. Win three leagues, with three different teams in three different countries. Not to mention the sextuple he won with Barcelona in 2009. Last night he won his third Premier League title with Man City, emulating the three Bundesligas with Bayern and the three Liga’s with Barca. He could even win the treble this season, with the Champions League final against Chelsea to come. His CV is incredible. A total of 31 titles, that started with the chance Joan Laporta gave him 13 years ago. And many Barca fans ask themselves why he can’t come back to Barca under the hand of the same president that first gave him a job, above all with the doubts over Ronald Koeman’s future (gathering harshly, I think).

Barca, after the painful draw at Levante, have waved goodbye to La Liga. They need a miracle now, and Koeman is taking the blame. Few believe in him. He’s made tactical errors and has little control in decisive and complicated moments. Not even winning the Copa, brilliantly, may save him. His bad results against direct opponents (one point from 12 possible against Atletico and Real Madrid). Not to mention the UCL KO blow. No matter how much Leo Messi helps with his goals (29 in total), the double is very complicated. Like Koeman’s continuity at Camp Nou.
